Our History
Resilience Actions Consulting Group was founded in 2020 with the vision to bridge the gap between environmental sustainability and corporate growth. Our founders, seasoned experts in sustainability and business strategy, recognized the critical need for organizations to adapt to a changing global landscape while maintaining profitability and compliance with emerging environmental regulations. Over the years, RA Consulting has grown into a leader in providing innovative sustainability solutions across various industries, from energy to manufacturing. Founder & Partner
An academic and Director of CiSGER at Universidad del Desarrollo and founding partner of RA Consulting Group, he brings over 15 years of experience in sustainability and waste management. He has advised companies in the extractive and manufacturing sectors, integrating innovative models for material flow, life cycle analysis, and process circularization. Internationally, he contributes to the ISO/TC 323 for the ISO/WD 59004 Circular Economy standard and authors UNEP's GEO 7 report. He has also served on the IPCC and is a Scholar at Harvard's Weatherhead Center and a Research Associate at Columbia's Earth Engineering Center.

Jocelyn Ann-Black
Partner - Sustainable Assessment Center Lead
With over 15 years in the energy sector, specializing in generation and marketing, she has held significant roles as Corporate Affairs Manager and Client Manager, and has five years of international experience in Telecom in Brazil. Committed to sustainable development, she served on the boards of the World Energy Council Chile and Latam Sustainability Leaders Network. She holds an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile, with additional studies in Strategic People Management, Sustainability, Marketing, and Communications. Her leadership extends to roles like Chapter Zero Chile ambassador and mentor at Startup UDD Ventures.

Felipe Leiva
Partner - Environmental Law
Environmental Compliance Strategist and Attorney with degrees from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master in Energy and Environmental Law from Tulane University, USA. He has an exceptional track record in developing legal strategies for environmental compliance for both internal operations and clients. His expertise spans a wide range of environmental regulations, enabling him to provide customized solutions that ensure legal compliance while promoting corporate sustainability. Currently a partner at Andrade Leiva Abogados, specializing in environmental and natural resources law, Felipe has significantly enhanced the environmental performance and reputation of numerous businesses.

Claudia Papic
Partner - Corporate Sustainability
A biologist with a Master’s in Ecology from the University of Chile and an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She is the Executive Vice President of the National Chamber of Pharmaceutical Laboratories, a Director at Cambridge Business Association, and a non-executive director and advisor for various companies. She also directs the Huilo-Huilo Foundation, Kennedy Foundation, and Senda Darwin Foundation, and teaches Sustainable Business Strategies. For over 25 years, she has enhanced organizations across diverse sectors such as mining, finance, energy, and more, integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects into risk evaluation and management to ensure business sustainability and contribute to sustainable development.

​With a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences and a Master’s in Quality and Environment from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, I have cultivated a career bridging academia and the private sector, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious sustainability goals. My journey began over 15 years ago at an Abengoa subsidiary, developing and implementing a pioneering GHG emissions inventory. Luis Diaz Robles is the CEO of PARTICULAS SpA and MIMASoft, combining his extensive expertise in air quality and environmental engineering to drive innovation and sustainability. A former Full Professor and administrator at universities in Chile, he holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee, specializing in Air Quality and Applied Statistics. Carolina Otero
Partner - Natural Products Developer
Carolina, a Biochemist from Universidad Católica, has always been a nature lover and joined the university's mountaineering club. She completed her Ph.D. in Immunology in Germany, studying inflammation and became acquainted with Anthroposophic Medicine. After postdoctoral fellowships in Germany and Chile, she began her academic career researching Chilean native plants and their potential to regulate the immune system. Carolina also develops cosmetics and liquors from these plants. Additionally, she is the President of the Scientific Ethics Committee at the Faculty of Medicine.
