Notre histoire
Resilience Actions Consulting Group a été fondé en 2020 avec la vision de combler le fossé entre la durabilité environnementale et la croissance des entreprises. Nos fondateurs, experts chevronnés en matière de développement durable et de stratégie commerciale, ont reconnu la nécessité cruciale pour les organisations de s'adapter à un paysage mondial en évolution tout en maintenant leur rentabilité et leur conformité aux réglementations environnementales émergentes. Au fil des années, RA Consulting est devenu un leader dans la fourniture de solutions innovantes en matière de développement durable dans divers secteurs, de l'énergie à la fabrication. Alex Godoy-Faundez
Fondateur & Associé
Universitaire et directeur du CiSGER à l'Universidad del Desarrollo et partenaire fondateur de RA Consulting Group, il apporte plus de 15 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la durabilité et de la gestion des déchets. Il a conseillé des entreprises des secteurs extractifs et manufacturiers, intégrant des modèles innovants pour le flux de matières, l'analyse du cycle de vie et la circularisation des processus. À l'échelle internationale, il contribue à l'ISO/TC 323 pour la norme ISO/WD 59004 sur l'économie circulaire et est l'auteur du rapport GEO 7 du PNUE. Il a également siégé au GIEC et est chercheur au Weatherhead Center de Harvard et associé de recherche au Earth Engineering Center de Columbia.

Jocelyn Ann-Black
Associé - Responsable du Centre d'évaluation durable
Avec plus de 15 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie, spécialisée dans la production et le marketing, elle a occupé des postes importants en tant que Corporate Affairs Manager et Client Manager, et possède cinq ans d'expérience internationale dans les télécommunications au Brésil. Engagée en faveur du développement durable, elle a siégé aux conseils d'administration du Conseil mondial de l'énergie du Chili et du Latam Sustainability Leaders Network. Elle est titulaire d'un MBA de l'Université Adolfo Ibáñez au Chili, avec des études supplémentaires en gestion stratégique des personnes, développement durable, marketing et communication. Son leadership s'étend à des rôles tels que celui d'ambassadeur de Chapter Zero Chili et de mentor chez Startup UDD Ventures.

Felipe Leiva
Associé - Droit de l'Environnement
Stratège en matière de conformité environnementale et avocat, diplômé de la Pontificia Universidad Católica du Chili et titulaire d'une maîtrise en droit de l'énergie et de l'environnement de l'Université de Tulane, États-Unis. Il possède une expérience exceptionnelle dans l’élaboration de stratégies juridiques de conformité environnementale pour les opérations internes et les clients. Son expertise couvre un large éventail de réglementations environnementales, lui permettant de fournir des solutions personnalisées garantissant la conformité légale tout en favorisant la durabilité des entreprises. Actuellement associé chez Andrade Leiva Abogados, spécialisé en droit de l'environnement et des ressources naturelles, Felipe a considérablement amélioré la performance environnementale et la réputation de nombreuses entreprises.

Claudia Papic
Associé - Développement durable
Biologiste titulaire d'une maîtrise en écologie de l'Université du Chili et d'un MBA de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Elle est vice-présidente exécutive de la Chambre nationale des laboratoires pharmaceutiques, directrice de la Cambridge Business Association, ainsi que directrice non exécutive et conseillère de diverses sociétés. Elle dirige également la Fondation Huilo-Huilo, la Fondation Kennedy et la Fondation Senda Darwin, et enseigne les stratégies commerciales durables. Depuis plus de 25 ans, elle a amélioré des organisations dans divers secteurs tels que les mines, la finance, l'énergie, etc., en intégrant les aspects environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance (ESG) dans l'évaluation et la gestion des risques afin d'assurer la durabilité des entreprises et de contribuer au développement durable.

Diego Rivera
Associé - Responsable du système d'eau
Diego Rivera est un leader respecté dans le domaine des systèmes d'eau et d'alimentation, actuellement associé au sein du Resilience Actions Consulting Group. Avec un doctorat. Diplômé en génie de l'environnement, il se spécialise dans la gestion durable des ressources en eau et les systèmes de production alimentaire. Au cours des 15 dernières années, Diego a développé des solutions innovantes qui répondent aux défis critiques liés à la pénurie d'eau et à la sécurité alimentaire, en s'alignant sur les objectifs mondiaux de durabilité. Son travail implique une collaboration avec les secteurs gouvernemental et privé pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies qui optimisent l'utilisation des ressources et améliorent la résilience des écosystèmes, contribuant ainsi de manière significative aux initiatives de développement durable dans le monde entier.

Macarena Miranda Yañez

Partner - Carbon Budget and Market Lead
​With a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences and a Master’s in Quality and Environment from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, I have cultivated a career bridging academia and the private sector, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious sustainability goals. My journey began over 15 years ago at an Abengoa subsidiary, developing and implementing a pioneering GHG emissions inventory. After teaching carbon footprint calculation at Universidad Miguel Hernández, I founded Iberogen Environmental Studies, offering innovative solutions in agricultural genetics and environmental consulting. Recently, I returned to environmental issues, coordinating international projects under Euroclima, focusing on greenhouse gas monitoring and forest management in Latin America.

Luis Diaz Robles is the CEO of PARTICULAS SpA and MIMASoft, combining his extensive expertise in air quality and environmental engineering to drive innovation and sustainability. A former Full Professor and administrator at universities in Chile, he holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee, specializing in Air Quality and Applied Statistics. Caroline Otero
Partner - Natural Products Developer
Carolina, a Biochemist from Universidad Católica, has always been a nature lover and joined the university's mountaineering club. She completed her Ph.D. in Immunology in Germany, studying inflammation and became acquainted with Anthroposophic Medicine. After postdoctoral fellowships in Germany and Chile, she began her academic career researching Chilean native plants and their potential to regulate the immune system. Carolina also develops cosmetics and liquors from these plants. Additionally, she is the President of the Scientific Ethics Committee at the Faculty of Medicine.
